It doesn’t affect my libido, I still have sex with girlfriend. It really calms me down. I feel spaced out but I like it.
I gave my dad and girlfriend some and their like eh. But me, I can feel it.
Maybe it only works on certain people the way it effects me.

I cant tolerate coffee, it worsens my psychosis.

Holy basil /tulsi isn’t coffee, it an herb from India. It lowers dopamine, while coffee raises dopamine

I’ve tried Tulsi and loved it. It was my favorite herb for a while.

It’s a good one. I find it calming too, and it tastes really good. Probably one of the best tasting teas there are in my opinion. I only have capsules of it right now, but I will probably get me some more of the tea variety soon.

Its actually a miracle herb. It reduces my catatonic stiffness. Also good for calming good. It helps to think clearly without going impulsive. It helps to sleep better and also helps in digestion.
Its very good for immunity too, relives cold within few hours. Very good during there corona times.
