Idk if you are talking to me.
But this was the pill alone.
I was in my worst shape in every way then. Except it did get rid of the positive symptoms.

Most of us hard to treat schizophrenics have no other option than to take our meds whether it makes us zombie like or not. I have the impression that most people can see that Iâm on some kinds of mental drugs but I live independently, do the grosery, prepares meals and I in no way do disturb the public ordet in any way. I keep away from street drugs and alkohol. And I consider my self as one of the voices of us hard to treat schizophrenics.

I have no idea were I found this. But when they wanted me on 30mg of Abilify, I found decent scientific studies and advice, that this is useless. And it doesnât work any better from 15mg up. Side effects do increase.
No clue though. It was 8 years ago. Maybe they have all sorts of new insights.

5mg of Abilify isnât even a therapeutic dose for sz or sza.
I was on 10mg a day on top of my Invega shot. It helped reduce the negatives. Then I switched to Aristada shot which is to Abilify what Invega is to risperdone.
Like it a lot, felt better, my brain was less foggy, and I had more motivation.
My only bad side effect was tardive dyskinesia. It went away when I came off APs.
Well i said it would be on top of the shot 400mg
So yoi have experience it

Yes, luckily the new antipsychotics will have fewer side effects. And they will go on the market this year or the other. Sorry if something is not understood, I use google translator.
BuSpar made my hair thin out. It sucks but better than anxiety.

I was on 30mg of Abilify daily (pills) for over 5 years. I consider these years as an awful time in my life. My doctor used 30 to get things under control initially, and it worked. He agreed to readdress the dosage after a couple of years. Never listened when I asked about it. Year by year went by and I suffered terrible akathisia and blunted affect. Couldnât leave the house.
Luckily I got a new psychiatrist who is much more understanding and willing to work with me. We tried a lower dose of Abilify and then even swapped to Caplyta. My life has been better since

Itâs an oral suplementation because sometimes only the injection is not enough.

That seems dangerous, your psychiatrist is just experimenting at that point. 400mg already comes with a host of negative effects, I canât imagine adding to that.

Abilify is one of the very soft meds. I donât find The injection + 15 mgs by mouth as that much.
