I agree with some other people. It could be an allergy to something. Are you staying hydrated?

If they hang around longer than a couple of days, or if they grow bigger or spread more, I’d see a doctor.

Not enough, plus I drink strong coffee which is dehydrating…

Thanks Beep, I agree, I dread spending so long to go there and back but need to remain cautious.

A lot of problems are solved by drinking enough water. That being said the only thing I’ve had today has been coffee and a soda

Yes I do think I’ve been eating tonnes of processed food lately, also very dehydrating.

Maybe that’s the problem

Probably just lie bumps or liar’s bumps. They pop up for no real reason and go away in a few days to a week.

Maybe you burned your tongue drinking coffee

I’ve had that before, they even got stuck between my teeth and hurt when my tongue pulls back.
