Does anyone know any good thing for mouth ulcers?

Multiple mouth ulcers on my tongue. Don’t know why but they hurt like a ■■■■■. I went to the store today to get some bonjela but they were charging £6 for it. What a rip off. Forget that.

I have to say the tuna and pasta bake for dinner didn’t help it much. Must have been that tomatoes sauce

Vitamin C comes to mind but I am no doctor. I would see your doctor.

I second @Wave. Try salt water minimum. Adding baking soda might help too

I read to avoid citrus fruits due to their acidity while they are healing so staying away from the tomatoes sounds like a good idea as well.
