I cant even have a proper convo with peeps it be like not even a minute then i have nothing in my head to say :-S
most the time its a one way convo i wont understand whats the person im chatting to talking about :-S
Welcome. I first experience sz about 2012 but wasn’t diagnosed till around 2014.
Even a minute is worth while.
I still remember it quite well…
16yrs ago it was like a day or 2 before i had a phychotic episode…
the first day or so i kept having paranoiah thoughts then i just broke down and had a phychotic episode…
it was like a scene from the ex files :-S

Welcome to the forum. I, too, was born in '79, been dealing with this stuff to some extent since I was a teenager but didn’t have a full psychotic break until 2003. It’s a pretty cool, supportive bunch of people on here, think you’ll like it. It’s nice to chat with people who’ve been through things similar to what you’ve been through. The people I know in real life, no matter how nice they may be and no matter how hard they try, really cannot understand the things I’ve been through (and still go through) the way someone with the illness can.
I was born in 1961. Damn, I was so close to being a hippie but I missed out by a few years.
