I just deal with it by staying on my meds for as long as need be, try and watch my stress levels where I can, and keeping a routine when I’m able to… Wats about you, how do you deal with the condition?

i try to stay happy but don’t always. I have schizoaffective bipolar type and swing from high to low

With meds and knowing my limits.lol My family helps tremendously and i usually distract myself when im not so happy.

Hi @schizophe, I think I’m managing because of medications-- specifically Abilify. That, and also keeping a routine helps for sure. Hope all’s well!

I am great & challenge myself daily with my amazing support system that mainly involves my family: my parents & sisters are super encouraging, comforting & cooly organised ;D
