I always thought it was head spark.

Maybe (but it wasn’t intentional), my grandmother was French which makes me 1/4 French?

brain zaps! Oh yeah, those drive me insane. When I went manic off of 200 mg zoloft and I had to abruptly stop taking it I thought I was going to freak the fukc out with the brain zaps.

Yeah, mine were pretty intense. I’ve been through it twice. I also had them when I quit effexor.

When I first started experiencing them it was about 2 days after quitting my meds. I wanted to know if there was anything I could do about it so I told my doctor that it felt like electricity was shooting through my brain and he looked at me like I was crazy, I think he thought I was psychotic. I immediately picked up on that and so I downplayed it, he obviously had never heard of ‘brain zaps’ before. So I had to deal with it without any help. They lasted for about 2-3 months before they finally went away.

I’ve had them before going off prozac but they were just an annoyance but when I came off all that zoloft that one time it was horrid. It made my skin crawl.
