Exactly the same for me. I fear sharing it with them. Till now I have tried to some close friends or family members but they have no clue about it or they just shut off the topic within a blink of time.

It baffles me. I talk to few people everyday. I am tempted to talk about it to them but something inside me says they would never understand. Its sad that not any near and dear have time for talking this out. Only online for now for me. Not sure if its same for you all.
