Oh man I’m so jealous. I’m making chicken noodle soup this week and I’m using premade egg noodles. I would love it if your dad would make noodles for me too. I don’t even have any flour in the house or a rolling pin. Well, I hope you enjoy your soup.

I make noodles once in a while for my chicken and dumplings. My husband loves them. It’s just about time to make that sort of stuff again.

I used to make homemade bread stuffs. Buns, bagels, focaccia. It was always under the supervision of my mother who told me what to do when. I wasn’t a proficient baker on my own. Oh I could make bread but it wouldn’t be the same. It wouldn’t be my mother’s bread. It’s the same with pie crusts and cookies. I always had her there directing. I miss my mom. Certain things I just won’t do without her because it’s not the same.

I don’t make things like I used to and my family is annoyed at me. Smaller kitchen and negatives.
