trying to weigh up all the pros and cons of buying a new car and so you know how people say have you tried to ‘sleep on it?’ well i have been and although i am still trying to weigh it up my dreams have been trying to help me make a decision on this car i’ve been looking at, its a bit like looking at it from a 3rd dimension and i think its a really good way to look at it, from another perspective, a birds eye view lol

There’s a lot to consider before buying a car. Can you afford gas, possible repairs, and car insurance? It also needs to be kept clean inside and out.

i think all in it will cost about £40 a week,
i was hoping to get a motability car for my mum but i dont think thats going to be possible, if i got a motability car i wouldnt need to pay for a car or insurance or repair, just fuel and thats it and i could trade it in anytime i liked.

yes, i can do short journeys like 30-60 mins so its ok for nearby i guess, i get tired after that and my driving instructor is ok with it, he doesnt see a problem.

This is they type of car I have right now. I used to have a land rover discovery and it was a huge gas hog. This one really works out well.

my dreams have been car orientated last two nights, i dont normally get dreams like these but yeah my dad was a mechanic and he tried to train me but i got unwell, so i have been dreaming about tools and cars two nights in a row, its actually helping me make a decision about getting a car, i’m going to bide my time until i get the ultimate offer, i really dont want to spend masses on a car. its only 4 weeks until my driving test lol getting excited is an under statement haha, i really hope i pass

A car would open up my world more but since diagnosis I’m afraid I might cause an accident. If things go to plan it maybe an option to buy one but I would take lots of lessons first just to see if it’s realistic and I can still drive safely.
I drive and ride motorcycles and play three different instruments-if you take your car dream seriously I think you could become a great defensive driver.
