i don’t know what to do the voices said that if i don’t cut they will hurt my sister
If you are feeling suicidal, please tell someone — a friend or family member, a teacher, a doctor or therapist or call 911 (if you’re in the U.S.) or the Emergency Medical Services phone number in your country.
You can also call a suicide prevention hotline—these are available in the U.S. and in many other countries.

Suicide hotlines in the U.S.:
I am not suicidal I just want them to stop
That’s a form response. Crisis lines can help you right now, even if you’re not suicidal. They can give you advice and help you come up with a safety plan.
What do u mean by a safety plan
It’s a plan for how you can stay safe on your own. They will help you come up with calming exercises, or remind you of friends/family you can be with, or suggest hobbies to occupy your mind. Are you in treatment right now? Do you have a psychiatrist and a therapist?
I have both but they don’t know about the voices
You need to tell them so they can help you
It’s definitely good to tell your treatment team. Voices tend to get worse until they’re treated. They don’t usually go away on their own.
Just remember, the voices are not real. They’re just hallucinations that we get. Nothing more, nothing less.
But they will hurt my sister
They can’t if they aren’t real. It’s best you tell your treatment team about this, so they can help you.
I don’t want to go back to the hospital
I know it feels like they can hurt your sister, but the voices cant. Dont do anything the voices tell you to do.
You don’t necessarily have to go the hospital, when I had similar issues, they just adjusted my meds, and taught me therapy techniques.
They will make me go back
Maybe, or maybe not. But it’s still best you tell them so they can help you.
I can’t trust them
You need to trust some people so you can get better, and a therapist and psychartist is the best to trust. And the hospital might be the best place for you so you can stay safe.
No I don’t need them they won’t let me
