Get up at 8:30 and get to work by 10:00 am. Boss tells me to vacuum the upstairs and downstairs of the north wing. So I go off and I’m on my own for the next four hours. Everybody’s working at home because of the virus so there’s only a few people in a large building. I love it, the jobs never been better, lol. I take my time vacuuming and get the peace and quiet I crave with just a few distractions. I have a lot on my mind lately, it helps just to have so much space to sort things out. If I get tired I stop and rest and look out the window at the view. No ones bugging me or even looking at me for four hours. Screw psychiatrists and therapists, this is better than therapy. Throw in a diet Coke and chips and it’s a friggin party.

You’re right. Half the time the boss makes me vacuum carpets that don’t even need it. It’s alright with me, I learned to follow directions no matter how crazy they seem.

I spent 3 hours at work today broke down on the side of the road. My boss didn’t even notice.
Still got paid $31 an hour.

Mate enjoy it while it lasts. You know it could be way worse so hang in there and enjoy what you do.
