Before i had psychosis in march last year it happened once or twice a month that i would hear things right before i fell asleep. Mostly (like 90%) sounds like knocking on wooden table or doors (sometimes noises), maybe other 5% i heard a voice of my gf calling my name and other 5 % i dont remember.
I was put on invega 9mg after psychosis. Few months later my dosage was reduced from 9mg to 6mg and during withdrawal from dosage reduction i was hearing noises and knocking right before falling asleep almost every day for about 2 weeks and now its like 2 times a week i hear things before i fall asleep. Im sure its because of meds that i hear this things, because before meds i only heard things once or twice a month like this. What do you think?
I NEVER hear voices or things during the day or when im awake always before falling asleep.
I think this is normal and not related to psychosis or schizophrenia. If im not mistaken its called Hypnagogia?
