Does any one hear noises in there brain?

Sometimes especially in the past I often used to hear what was like that noise when a tape recorder is on the record mode

I hear two voices, one outside of my ears and one from a distance related to a visual hallucination. One voice tells me to hurt myself and the other tells me I’m God and can’t be harmed. When I’m on medicine that works they go away.
When I heard voices they sounded external to me. I had some tactile hallucinations because I believed I had implants.
I have a indecipherable chattering in the back of my head like there are people behind me with doors closed.

YES. I hear what I can only describe as a combination of some sort of a device that sounds like a cross between a machine and a computer. It never stops and I hear it simultaneously while I feel tactile hallucinations and the voices. So as a result, it seems as if the entities/voices are manipulating my body with this device. Sounds crazy, but this truly what I have experienced day and night for the last 4 years.

What kind of noise?
Are you talking about voices or something else? I dont usually hear voices but a clicking or snapping sound inside my brain. Not sure if it’s how my works with medication or it’s because my brain is just broken.

Unless you had a brain injury, nothing’s getting disconnected in your brain, dont worry.

Yeah I’m on safaris. Yeah its weird I dont feel nicotine any more and the voices are telling me that they made disconnections in my minds phisicly so iam worried I dont feel atavan any more

All I can say is it feels like a device is being inserted in different parts of my body and can sometimes pick up parts of my body without my consent. I never know when it will happen, and I hear the machine/computer noises at the same time, so I feel a device (that is invisible) is being used to manipulate my body. It’s incredibly uncomfortable, causing me fear, anxiety and embarrassment because sometimes it will literally lift my leg up off the ground (mind you, this is not a random twitch of a muscle), but feels like something above me lifts up my arm/leg/hips/finger/etc into the air and then drops it abruptly.
