Healthy eating

I follow a pescatarian way of eating. So, about 3 times a week, I eat fish or other seafood like lobster, shrimp, scallops, sushi, etc, My diet is mostly vegetarian so I add in foods like lentils, grains, beans, dairy, nuts, fruits, and vegetables. Everyday I drink unsweetened almond milk, 2 cups of green tea, and loads of water. I almost always have something semi-sweet in the morning like digestives.

I took Alli in the past lost like 30 pounds along with taking or eating weightwatcher’s meals, but it got expensive, so I quit I have Alli in my bedroom drawer in case I try it again I tried it since then and haven’t lost any weight it doesn’t work like it used to either just gave me diarrhea and cramps no weight loss so I don’t know what to do now to lose weight I am stuck and since not going to the gym here lately I gained three to four pounds.
