Thought I felt better this morn. But still sick. Headache. Sorry if my posts are ranty and careless today. In a way I feel I’m on the mend, in a way I feel better.

Had some weird theory that my pillow (on my bed) needed replacing with my headaches. Often buying a new pillow and using did seem to help with my headaches. IDK just my two cents.
my whole apartment got sick. virus going around. headache was part of it. usually I don’t get headaches. I took a nap around 4-6 today and felt better since 
You’d be heading into flu session too wouldn’t you? Hard to comprehend here as we are heading into summer atm. Rug up, drink lots of fluids and get heaps of rest. Hopefully the worst you feel all winter. Hope you feel even better soon.

I can definitely commiserate. I was home today with the flu too. Fever, headache, sore throat, and stuffy nose.
