I have read a study that says SZs have slightly higher headachs but its no big deal. Just avoid caffeine and too much screen time (Use night display it reduces eye strain). I take Tylenol and Advil for severe headaches only.

I rarely get headaches. Got a mild one yesterday, first time this year.

Having a healthy sleep schedule is very important. Drink plenty of water. Avoid excessive caffeine or alcohol intake. Get your blood pressure checked. Get an appointment with an ophtalmologist (eye doctor) for blurry or distorted vision.

Can’t think of anything else. If headaches are frequent and strong, might want to get your brain scanned for tumors or clots.

I have bad headaches. Haldol reduces it big time, and Daily Essential Nutrients by Hardy Nutritionals reduces it more.

I have headaches. In my case it are the voices who claim to cause it.

I had them a lot, yeap… But I do too much screen too and am in isolation often… I have a bad style of life still… It was also a symptom of mine. The headaches follow me since a time, yeap. It happens to some mentally ill people, yes
