I respect this. But he’s thinking we’ll move our next year. I’ll be almost 35! I’m thinking if marriage is going to happen late I don’t think I’ll have them or be ready to have them at this point. Should I bring it up or just let it go? I’m not having them 
This sounds like something you should definitely discuss with him. It’s a big issue and you need to be on the same page about having or not having kids.

I’d like to have them but if it doesn’t happen I’m not upset about it. But I need him to be aware.

Also don’t think he realises that even when we ready it’s not that straight forward. I’ll need to take advice come off meds try new meds etc
