As above. I was diagnosed SzA. I know what it feels like to be down, but I don’t realize it I’m high. My friend Rob thinks I am. He goes to the same psychiatric care provider I do. I just talked to him a little while ago.
Maybe you are. I’m not sure. But if your friend thinks so maybe you should make an appointment with your pdoc

You should really find a solution to your insomnia. I know that you still want the Abilify even if its causing insomnia.
