Took me over twenty years to accept the diagnosis.
I’m well now and on medication but I’m afraid of it.
It is frightening.
Hope to remain stable.

Yes I have. Took a long time.
i wouldnt say im at peace with it. I’m probably uncomfortable 80% of the time. Accepted it though sure.
No I am still fighting it.
