I’m trying them for the first time tonight and I’m really excited. Hope they are good. I like seafood a lot so I think I’ll like them.

Love em, love British Colombian oysters the best, with a little mignonette: shallots and vinegar.

ive only had smoked oysters, i like them but there is a part of the oyster i like best idk what to call it but its like the mouth of the oysters and the texture is like chewy, the rest of the oyster taste like too mushy for me but ive only had cheap $2 smoked oysters in a can so idk but that one part of it i like best

Yeah any seafood is great. Oysters are nice and done kilpatrick is a good option for something different!

I had oysters on holiday one time. I think they were raw
back in college I liked vodka martinis and oysters rockefeller…can’t do either now…yuck…

I’ve only had them once , while visiting my father in the States . I can’t remember what they were like. I guess therefore they weren’t a taste abomination or taste sensation .
I only eat them raw and I just swallow them. Have never chewed one. I like the horseradish sauce you dip them in.
I liked them. Not as exciting as I expected but still pretty good!

Raw chilled oysters are excellent with a dash of salt. I’ve never chewed em either. Down the hatch.
Raw oysters with a little vinegar or horseradish is one of the best things on Earth.
I’m sure you’ll love them,

It is good with cocktail sauce and lemon.
Its the texture I can’t get over. Taste like salty Snot.
I stick to Maryland Blue Crab although they live on the whole east coast USA.
