Post here the foods you’ve never tried before.

I’ll start. I never tried avocado

salsify or scorzonera. I hear it’s the vegetable equivalent of eating oysters. was going to grow some in the garden but mom put the kabash on my expansion plans so it will have to wait another year. also I’ve never had parsnips. they don’t sell salsify at the grocery store here but they do sell parsnips. don’t know why I’ve never tried them. should do so.

I don’t think I’ve tried lobster or crab. I really want to try them both. They seem delicious.

I can’t think of any food that I haven’t tried I’ll wait for others to post to see if there’s something I’ve forgotten about.

OMG eat one! With lots of butter! It’s a delicacy. It’s similar to crab legs but not the same. The key is the butter you dip it in.

Actually I’ve never had that. But probably only because I didn’t know it existed.

haha me neither I learned about it on johnnyselectseeds.com, I think that’s the website. I was intrigued by the claim that they taste like oysters, I like oysters so I was going to grow them.

@pob I’ve tried caviar…it is very salty…it just tastes like salt…and the eggs are crunchy…I don’t like it.
