I mean like with the brain of a zombie.
When I was on Seroquel I felt like a zombie.
Hardly living, only eating.
It was terrible.
Well, kinda. My meds used to make me feel that way until I changed them
When I was first put on AP’s, and they were the neuroleptic AP’s, I walked, talked, looked like, acted like, and felt like, a total zombie. And I was like that for years too. My family thought they had lost me for good.
I like my brains with butter, brown sugar and blueberries on top.
I have periods in my life when i became a zombie and couldn’t think except for the delusions i have. I don’t want to get into all of it but thats the truth.
Yeah. I feel emotionless and like a zombie. I still have anxiety though. I can’t feel anything else but fear.
I told one of my medical team that I felt like a zombie on 20mg abilify.
I’m now on 15mg and don’t feel like a zombie.
I felt like that for 10 years 2000 to 2010, the brain fog lifted in 2010, my mind is now as sharp as razors …never give up folks…time can be a healer…I guess I served my time in the sufferings…carried my cross well…
Fortunately the meds dont have those side effects. But they worsrn negative symptoms.
Back in my party days I had plenty of hangovers the made me feel like a zombie …
Haldol didn’t help
Matter of fact nothing really treated my symptoms
I still feel cognitively impaired and out of focus
Did you change med in 2010 or do anything different so your brain became sharp again?
I feel now my mind was deprogrammed in 2010 all for the better, it was like a new lease of life, I haven’t been psychotic since 2010 and no ill effects, quite remarkable really
What’s in your head? In your head. Zombie. Zombie. Zombie.
I feel like a zombie sometimes. I find it hard to make split second decisions when driving particularly, or being able to visualize the roads I need to take to get to said location. Navigation has gotten worse and so has driving skills since I started my medication.
