I have people go in and out of my body and see intrusive images in my mind and had someone put me in a person’s body last night and they thought I did something to them. It’s just some characters from the Simpsons and a woman tv anchor. They think I think all these sick thoughts and they threatened me a couple times. Feel like someone is going to kill me soon. Feel heavily monitored by them. My verbal thoughts are all messed up sometimes. Need help. I hope the police will help me. I know they are going to kill me.
First things first, you are perfectly safe, I assure you that! I’d bet my life on it! So please don’t worry.
I’d mention that you are experiencing this to your pdoc, I have people “talk to me” out of the tv all the time and rest assured it’s just a hallunciation. No one will hurt you. If you feel you can’t handle it, then stop watching tv and read a book, try to avoid the trigger. Hope this helps, thoughts are with you

You need to get the right medication and dosage. I feel like people on TV talk to me too, but they actually aren’t.
