Since my folks have been away on holiday I have neglected myself. I haven’t showered in weeks and have the same clothes on too.

All this is a breeding ground for fungal infections

OOhh Nasty! Thought i had that in my groin - until they asked me if i changed my washing powder lately (I had) - but it still itched like hell. dont they give you a steroid cream for that?

You can get a antifungal cream called cannistan

I know showering is difficult, but I also know from experience it’s easy to overthink how difficult it is.
You need to take care of your health to make sure this doesn’t get worse or happen again. Take a shower even if it feels difficult or uncomfortable, and remind yourself it’s for your own long-term benefit.
