My husband and I are taking his daughter who is turning 14 to a hotel tomorrow that’s supposed to be one of the most haunted in Michigan. We requested the room that’s said to be the most haunted. I couldn’t convince the kids to watch 1408. Bummer! That would have been perfect to watch before going. But it should still be fun. We also got her the strawberry cake she requested. It was way too expensive so in the future we’ll need to know the price before agreeing to get what she asks for. But it should be great :). The kids want to roam the halls on their own a bit too. I’m sure their imaginations will run wild.

I think so too. They say lights turn on and off, doors open and close etc. the girls will probably freak out lol

I’m a haunted house fanatic and I live in Michigan! How have I not heard of this!?
After your stay would you tell me what hotel it is? I wont ask now because I’d be paranoid to tell people which hotel I’m staying at before my trip.

oh I have enough spirits following me around…I would probably carry off the ghosts with me knowing my situation with a spirit portal in my house.

@jukebox @Noise @cameron I don’t think it’s real. I think the hotel does stuff to scare people to draw them in and get more stays by people wanting to see for themselves. To me, it’s all in good fun

They decided to watch all the saw movies. We couldn’t get our computer hooked up to the tv so they could watch 1408 and The Shining. We forgot the HDMI cable. But the girls are absorbed in the movies for now. Then they’re going to walk the halls and try to see something spooky.
