Today was a good day. I have weekends off. So, tonight starts my weekend. My husband is home today from a work trip.

I had a pretty good day. I got my Tylenol from the pharmacy. Also I got some free food from the food bank. They didn’t have a lot of stuff though, and I just took what they had. It looks like the food banks are running out of food now.

Yeah, my day went pretty good. I had a short stint of anxiety when I was cooking dinner but thankfully it went away on it’s own.
It was fairly relaxing. I washed some clothes and some jeans I bought at the thrift-shop. I mostly stayed around my apartment building.

Today was pretty good
We went to the gym I walked for 30 minutes at 3 miles per hour, saw my mother-in-law, got McDonald’s, got an exercise game and played it for about 30 minutes
I feel really good
