Today i was happy because i was separated from the sorrows of people and i engaged in something positive…and that is soo nourishing.
Im reading a book by yhis Buddhist munk and hes talking about how to creat happiness from small little joys throughout the day. What a coincidence..

Today I soaked some raw denim jeans to shrink them down a little. They’re currently on my drying rack.
I talked to a really good old friend from the Air Force on the phone for a little while. He was homeless for a little while and going through some bad stuff but he’s doing a lot better now so that made me happy.
