I like tuna mayo with extra mayonnaise, cheddar, extra grated mozzarella, extra fresh mozzarella, sweet onion sauce, ketchup, salt, pepper, olives and gherkins. On the honey oat subway roll. Mmm

No I quit 1-2 months ago. I didn’t feel the benefits anymore and I was tired of it. Carbs all the way now.
