Had scrambled eggs with bacon bits tonight. Used a little too much milk, so took longer to cook than expected. The bacon bits made it rather salty without adding any salt.

That sounds pretty good @firemonkey! I find plain eggs to be rather unexciting but just add some bacon or cheese (or both) and that’s something different altogether!
