Had a rough pdoc visit

Rough in the sense that a couple of my fears are apparently true. I told her my FND symptoms started right after a clear PTSD trauma trigger and that when the original trauma happened I literally felt my brain snap. I asked her if this could have been me feeling my brain disconnected from my body and she said she thinks its very possible.

We also went over my mood issues and she finally switched me to sza bipolar type. Before they weren’t sure because I have issues reporting and remember my hypomanic symptoms since it’s not nearly as much of an issue as depression is. I had a very obvious hypomanic episode a couple weeks ago and almost adopted 15 rats (I have 5). I’m glad I came to my senses before I did.

Pdoc is upping my lamictal to 200 mg and keeping me on the latuda.

I’m glad you saw your pdoc and that she changed your diagnosis. It’s also good you didn’t adopt 15 rats!
