Had my psychiatrist appointment today. He didn’t lock me up. Said my insight was good enough but it’s hard to explain that I don’t always have insight. Raised my antipsychotic dose and put me back on perphenazine which I was taking before I went rogue.

I’m okay over here except I have pms.
Abdominal cramps and tightness, spot outbreaks.
I wish I could lie in bed for a couple days.
