I went to group, met my new therapist. She was very nice. She said my previous therapist left me a gift. A bunch of bubble wrap. She said my old therapist talked a lot about me. We talked a lot about my partner. She says I’m fortunate to have a relationship. She said some people with sz and sza have trouble with relationships.
I got a phone call from my new case manager didn’t talk much.
My father in law called me nuckin futz again and my partner and mother in law said I said don’t call her that anymore My father in law just said he was trying to be funny. And my mother in law said well it’s not funny
The lady in charge of all the case managers did my review of the goals I set and have to redo every three months. She came up with one: build self esteem/ confidence
