No depression today. Feels as if I’ve smoked weed or something.
Been singing and dancing all day.
I don’t want to go to bed because tomorrow I’ll probably be depressed again.

that is great, oddly im having reduced depression today too, but recently got put on 4x the dose of zoloft i was on. feels like brighter like a lot of sunlight today despite it being relatively normal winter super cold weather and not actually more sunlight
