I’m grateful for the internet and the Libby app. I’m grateful for family I chose. I’m grateful for my wheelchair and car. I’m grateful for medication and access to healthcare. I’m grateful for my ability to acquire knowledge.

My family and what’s left of my health. I’m lucky to be in the position I’m in with a job that’s close and not too hard, and a few material comforts.

I am grateful for my gal and her son. i am also gratefull for this forum and all of you and your supportiveness.
As you can see I am grateful for many thing, people and places as well. In fact someone might say at times i am overly grateful.

Grateful I stayed out of the hospital for 25 years until 2015. Then my mom died and I got suicidal and had to go into the hospital for a day and a half. But now it’s been another 5 1/2 years since that last hospitalization.

I’m grateful for my sacred neigh and all the precious moments we have had and that she is still alive and well.

I’m grateful for my dog and his good health and that he had his claws cut for free.

I’m grateful I have a place to live and everything in it.

I’m grateful for my time with my x in sa and the girls they are the best thing to ever happen to me and so is my horse etc

I’m grateful for my boyfriend and that he is the best lover and we have a happy sex life I do anyway and he has the most beautiful eyes and I truly love him.

I’m grateful for my former stepmother and how good she is to me and she enriches my life in so many ways and supports me in so many ways also emotionally by calling me on the phone morning time and having a talk and teaching me how to drive independently to shopping centre.

My parents and that my loved ones are still alive.

Anders is my friend after over twenty years.

My car and that it’s working.

That I’m on a vegan diet.

My horses agistment.

My food and drink.

My sleeping tablets and latuda.

My mental health being stable right now.

My favourite radio channel.

Getting to buy cheap food once a fortnight from the pantry.
It does help so I can afford to buy vegan chicken etc at supermarket.

My pension.
It changed my life.
Looking for work and working stressed me out more than I could cope with in the end.
It’s lovely and helpful to just take care of myself and my pets and that’s enough for me.it is!

All the delicious plant based food available.
