Mother (as an older child) “No. I have a headache.”
My own headaches are surfacing. A lot of inherited stuff. I’m so glad I am well given care to. I can work on relaxing and soothing my head.
my wife gets migraines when she is in a lot of back pain…I’m pretty sure it’s her high blood pressure when she is hurting…when she goes to the doctor it’s always perfect blood pressure…but these bursts of pain and migraines…scares me…if you get frequent head aches you might go to the doctor.
They are tension headaches.
oh I see…have someone “three finger and thumb pinch” your collar muscles from behind you…they clamp down on those muscles while you are definitely siting down because it immediately relaxes your headache and and it kind of hurts because your collar muscles are going to be really tight…try that…a physical theripist cousin of mine showed me how to do it…I hope you get someone to do this for you. tell them to hold the pinch of three fingers and a thumb opposite the collar muscle for at least thirty seconds then slowly, slowly release the pressure .
what are the collar muscles?
the muscles covering your collar bones on the tops of your shoulders between your shoulder and your neck on either side.
