It went well…very well organized in my city. The whole process took about 25 minutes. They make you wait 15 minutes after the needle to make sure you don’t have a reaction to the medication.
I get the second shot August 24th.
Bit of a bruised arm in the needle area, but that was it.
Please be careful with the moderns vaccine. It has been known to have very bad side effects. Wishing you well.

I got my second Pfizer shot 2 days ago.
I got the Moderna shot yesterday too!
My next appointment is 6/2.
I’m relieved.
I didn’t feel great for a couple days after my 2nd Moderna shot. But, I know many people who have also had the 2nd Moderna shot and they had no symptoms. If you get sick from it, it’s not that bad and doesn’t last that long. It’s certainly better than being on a respirator! I think you’ll be fine after your second dose.
I can tell you that Moderna works. It’s a very good vaccine.
My daughter was exposed to Covid on her second week after the shot and didn’t catch it. She is still in quarantine, because she hadn’t reached 14 days when the exposure happened, but it still worked.
So yeah, I am a fan.
I felt cruddy that night and next day after shot 2. But that’s all. Just general malaise, fatigue, headache, and arm soreness.
Am getting mine in 2 weeks time
