If there’s damage to your fathers car, I hope you got all her information like the name, address, and phone number of her insurance company. If a police report was filed you might want to get a copy of that too. In car accidents, people can be nice and civilized initially and accept blame but after they think about it for awhile, they might have a change of heart and they might try to blame it on you. It’s good in these situations to have a witness who can verify whose fault it really was.
Yes there is some damage to my fathers car.
Like an idiot I didn’t exchange insurance info with her, but the cop told me and later my dad that her insurance info will be included in the report which I can pick up in 7 days.
The cop told us that it wasn’t my fault and that the girl admitted to the cop that she took her eyes off the road and hit me.
The girl confessed to the cop.
Wow, that’s crazy, @Vertigo! Glad to hear you’re alright. It’s good that the girl admitted to the cop that it was her fault. Hope you continue to feel alright and don’t discover any delayed soreness later on, as has happened to me in the past. Take care.
Oh man, thank you @disciple
Did you exchange information so that your insurance can pay to have your vehicle damage repaired? Of course If there is no damage I believe no harm no foul.
No I did not exchange insurance information.
The cop said that her insurance has to pay for the damage because she admitted to the cop that she hit my fathers car.
Her insurance info will be on the accident report that I’m going to pick up next week.
You should see the perspective of a walking fellow.
We’re talking four car pile ups caused by the blistering rear ending of a semi. Some guy once came down the wrong side of the road and as he crossed the intersection tried to correct himself and took out a road sign, the chase began when some other guy lost his ■■■■ and went after him.
And never trust a cross walk because they’ll just maul you, sometimes intentionally.
After a minute one begins to ask if people are qualified to be behind the wheels of these instruments called automobiles, not to the mention the cancerous materials spewing out the back at all times of day.
