Great! I didn’t think it would be a big deal to go from 20 to 30.
Just keep in mind Xanax is a benzo and taking it daily you will become dependent on it, if you are not already. So whatever you do don’t quit it cold turkey.
I’m already depended on clonazepam, also a benzo, it’s no big deal, but when the time comes to quit you have to go very very slowly…the standard advice on the Internet is a 10% reduction of your previous dose every 4 weeks. Give or take depending on withdrawal symptoms.
I take clozapine as a prn. Especially when I feel stressed or can’t sleep.
