Got my older dog sloped stairs to get on the couch. I think she gets it

Lately I’ve been talking about how my little Lilly is getting old and her behavior has changed.

She’s having little accidents in the house that she never used to,

And she’s been just barking at me, giving me a hard time when I’m just sitting there.

A little bit back I ordered her some stairs to see if the barking was because she couldn’t get on the couch painlessly.

I set up the steps just minutes ago.

Used treats to get her to go up and down them a few times.

She’s using them!

I’m so surprised.

She’s super old and kind of dumb.

Now to see if having the stairs changes the barking.

Regardless, I think they’re better for her.

I have stairs so Maggie can get on the bed without assistance. They work great.

You’re a good mommy! I have diapers on my little old Shih Tsu for his accidents he’s been having recently. He’s 13. It’s not hard to manage the diapers.
