Good luck with the drive and pdoc @Daze . My pdoc appointments are usual pointless as well since nothing has changed. They just ask a few questions, refill my meds and I’m done.
Oh, I do get my weight taken and vitals so that’s something at least.

don’t know about you, but I go to Vera French.
at least I won’t have deal with anymore construction

No, I don’t go to vera french. I used to go there when I was younger to get my zoloft though. I go to Community Health Care now.

I have not heard whether it went through or not. Most of news I have seen recently has been concentrated on the war. Did not hear anything about it.

My pdoc is also my therapist, so I always have a good conversation. Her practice is a 20 min walk away, so I’m happy that I don’t need public transport to get there.

My appointments are over webcam these days. I pretty much prefer this. I still go to the clinic for my depot though

I really should take a shower before this appointment,
but the last two years, since I’ve fallen so much,
not in the shower, but nearly, I’m scared of it.
my hair is a bird’s nest. might just do that in the sink,
so soap doesn’t get in my eyes.
but heck, doggies don’t care.
