Good morning. This is the first day this week that I don’t have to leave the house, I’m going to spend the day just puttering off and on and on the forum. I think I’ll bake a little. Basically whatever feels good in the moment. What are you going to do today?

I had a headache when I wokeup I think from the cold as I slept with the window open and its pretty cold outside was 2c last night. Took tylenol now I am fine. Had a protein bar for breakfast and a 200mg caffeine pill.

@Aziz sorry to hear about your headache, glad you are fine now. I woke up with a headache too and also took tylenol, it kinda worked. I don’t know what I’ll do for brekkie, maybe some oatmeal sounds good. Hope you have a great day.
