I’m seeing the nutritionist to get weighed today and to go over my diet for the last 2 weeks. It hasn’t been the best because of quitting nicotine lozenges. I still didn’t gain any weight, just didn’t lose, oh well, I’m back on track and definitely going to lose for the next 2 weeks.
Then I have to go to the grocery store for more fresh veggies.
I’m currently volunteering but have some down time. Gotta get my state health insurance finished lmao. Its a big mess applying for financial help. I’m gonna probably work on some homework later. I’m also compiling somethings for some side research I’m doing. I’m a big mess. Hope your day goes well. Remember maintaining isn’t such a bad thing. I’ve stayed at 187 for the past couple weeks. I want to lose but with all the med increases I’ve been extra hungry lately.
I’m doing some Zumba this morning. Trying to sweat out the cold. I took a garlic cloves and ate that before breakfast. It helps keep me looking youthful. Then made coffee, still drinking it and currently taking a small break until I start up again. I rested all weekend and just felt like being up and busy. Took DayQuil as well. Overall I feel like everything’s getting better quicker. I’m browsing YouTube for crime dramas as well. I’m on Pinterest looking at furniture ideas, house decor ideas and looks for Xmas day. I bought me some clothes with my parents last weekend and am looking into having my hair and make-up done for the holidays to come. Don’t know if I should also do nails. I have nail polish to do for myself, but I wanted my nails done. My husband said pick, either nails or new color contact lenses. Hmm? I really like some contacts that I found online. They’re icy color, and they’re called Snowflake.
Went to the doctor, they’re testing my blood to look for hints of gallstones, and giving me the results thursday.
My stomach has been tense and hurting for a week now.
Lazy day, chased up about that job again, they said I should here from them this week. Went shopping, had a game of AOE2, caught up on the latest Watchmen. Not much really.
I had a gallstone caught in the opening of my gall bladder and it was causing all kinds of problems, I had my gallbladder out, was happy to, I was hurting for awhile before that. This was years ago though. I hope you’re ok, but if it’s your gallbladder that explains a lot.
Well, I just got a month refill on my meds from my psychiatrist in Virginia. I need to make a few calls and also order a case for the new phone I’m going to get. I want to have the case in my possession when I go to purchase the phone because I’m gonna ask them to put it on for me immediately so there’s zero risk of damage to the phone.
I need to get some groceries today also, I’m out of cola and most food. I’m gonna get sliced ham and cheese and bread so I can get more mileage out of less money.

just doing a bit of cleaning. and rearranging furniture. trying to transition to my new schedule, didn’t sleep much last night. and when I did, I couldn’t fall into a deep sleep. still waiting on my area rug to be delivered, I just checked the tracking number and it’s supposed to get here tomorrow.
what else will I do today? probably watch tv and browse the forum.
o I also have to string up some lights in my place.
My family and I are helping my uncle’s widow with some errands. We came down for the funeral a few days ago and we were originally going to go back home to Virginia yesterday but we decided to stay a little while longer because she’s been hinting that our company has been helping her. I wish we could stay longer tbh. She’s really sweet and I feel horrible for her for everything she’s been through lately.
Thanks. It’s been a rough year with three lost loved ones. Just doing what we can to help the ones who were closest to them and thus are the most affected.
