I am well I guess. Staying at a friend… Today I decided I will help her clean the whole place in the afternoon after I finish work.
I will go home tonight, shower, see my cat and come back. tomorrow evening I can go home.

Thanks for asking Selene. I am doing ok. Just helped my dad fix the toilet bassin (I don’t know if that is the right word lol). It’s where water for flushing gets stored. I have played the piano a little bit every day recently and I managed to cut back on cigarettes, from 13 to 8 a day. But in the evenings I still get strong nicotine cravings…

I am feeling better but I still have tachycardia and dizziness. For my trip, I will not going to give up until the last day, which is on September 29. I’m working hard actually to ask my psychiatrist to make me begin Zyprexa sooner, but she is not unfortunately even answering my phone calls. ️

My friend is afraid of being alone, she has four kids and her family is on vacation and also her husband is on a business trip. I offered to stay with her, she is so happy for that. I am glad I could help.

You can do it if you decide to. When you have craving, think of the disgusting smell, mucus and your lungs. Do you really want to invite cancer in your life?
I mainly quit because my dad smokes 2-3 packs a day, he has had open hear and also he can not breathe. It is horrible! The older you get, the tougher it’d be to quit.
No yet. I’m am not happy about certains things with my psychiatrist and she did many mistakes, including the one that triggered the breakdown, but she is taking me seriously.
Not other doctors in the province have ever taken me seriously.
Hey @mermaid1, yes I heard back from him. I will be moving into his basement this weekend. Tomorrow night I will take my pets to my sister’s house. I hope I don’t get robbed between now and then.
Guys I had my c section cancelled as they did a scan whilst I was there and he flipped round so they cancelled c section and I’ll be induced on the 7th october if he’s not here by then!
