Good morning and top of the day!

i am so happy at some level because i feel normal and healthy this morning. i just have to work out some depression symptoms.

as long as this lasts…

the cup is half full today. normalcy plus i am going to an exercise/dance class and that helps.

Exercise is a good strategy to battle depression.

I also like coffee in that case.

I’m glad you’re feeling normal. I’m feeling pretty good too this morning even though I got less than seven hours of sleep last night. It’s my own fault for drinking too much coffee yesterday.

Dancing is a fun way to exercise. I used to do dance exercise classes and loved them. But they’re too expensive
