I get up before the sunrise almost everyday. I love the quiet of the morning before everything ramps up. Still. Back in the day I worked the afternoon shift. Start work at 3pm and I’ve never been someone who winds down from work…this was a long time ago but every second day I’d watch the sunrise before bed…
Since these meds I sleep like a baby and my problem has been too much sleep. All’s I know is routine works for me. I set an alarm for 5am and I get up early before it most days!
