Yes, it’s strange, but my psych clinic insists that clients use their pharmacy. This pharmacy will only deliver stuff to the clinic, so you have to go in to get your meds.
Maybe it’s a good thing they are keeping track of everything you are taking. Some clients are there under court order for treatment so that’s probably the reason they do this. But at least they aren’t handing me pills to swallow while they watch me take them like they do with some clients.
They usually only do scheduled drugs to those who turn up so opiates. A reason why they do it. It’s nothing but protocal for non scheduled drugs but over here they do it for drugs like pseudoephidrine based.
We are all under scrutiny from addicts in most modern western worlds.

One of the old case managers at my psych clinic came back from retirement to work again. It’s good because the clinic was down to three case managers and they are really short handed of people to work. They had on the news that teachers are coming back to work out of retirement due to staff shortages as well.
