I need to do my washing, tidy my bedroom, take all the mugs accumulating on my computer desk and wash them. Hoover up and take rubbish to the bin. I’m not feeling very motivated though.

You can do this.

Try doing one task at a time. Tell yourself you can check your phone for 3-5 min after each task, like a little reward for you completing something. That works for me at least.
