So ive been hearing a lot about the benefits of waking up early. I noticed a lot of the benefits are related to problems a lot of us have with sz, mostly negative symptoms.
Anyway so i just woke up, its 530 AM, im going to try and stick with this for 30 days to see if it makes a difference for us with sz.
Wish me luck, and ill let you guys know how it turns out.
Oh and ferrets are nunber one!
