Going to ask to go down to 2mg

I’ve been cutting my Risperdal tablets to less than 3mg at times and I’m doing well.
With the addition of low dose Abilify I think I’ll be able to handle 2mg.
I will talk with my psychiatrist about it in October.
I won’t attempt to lower it on my own
I also may have to raise my Abilify dose from 2mg to 5mg but this will be up to her.
I still have some time before I see her
